Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) – PCTPA is the regional transportation planning agency for Placer County. Their member jurisdictions include Auburn, Colfax, Lincoln, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, and Placer County (exclusive of the Tahoe Basin). PCTPA is leading the effort to reconfigure the I-80/SR 65 interchange and is the local sponsor of the proposed project.

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) – FHWA provides oversight of all access changes to I-80.

Caltrans – Caltrans District 3, as the owner of the state highway system, is partnering with PCTPA on this important regional project. Caltrans is also responsible for ensuring the process complies with federal/state requirements.
